Question 1: Do you deliver to anyplace in the United States?
Answer: No, we only deliver to selected cities and towns located in Sonoma County in California. The list of cities we deliver to is on the main page of this website.

Question 2: Do you ship?
Answer: No, we do not ship.

Question 3: I live in a place that does not charge sales tax. Do I have to pay sales tax when I order from Flowers Etc?
Answer: Yes. Because you are ordering from a florist in California and your item is being delivered in California, we are required by law to charge sales tax.

Question 4: Can I still have my order delivered the same day even if I order after 1:00 PM Pacific Time Monday - Saturday?
Answer: No. After those times we have allocated all of our stock for orders that have come in before that time. We are a small business and we only keep a small amount of stock on hand.

Question 5: Do you deliver on Sundays?
Answer: No. We are closed on Sundays and selected holidays that are posted on the main page of the website.
